Checkers Game ‣ Dames 2

This is the American version of Checkers. The game is played on an 8x8 board with 12 pieces for each player. Regular checkers are allowed to move and capture only in a forward direction. When a regular checker reaches the last row during capture, it is promoted to a Super Checker. The Super Checker can move diagonally to an unoccupied square, either forward or backward, one square at a time. Capturing the opponent's checkers is a mandatory part of the game.
